Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Hours - Full time permanent

Location - Cheshire 

About Us:

Carden Park Hotel is a prestigious hotel renowned for its exceptional service, luxurious facilities, and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking multiple dedicated and ambitious Trainee Manager’s to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Trainee Manager, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills and operational knowledge within the hospitality industry. This role offers hands-on experience across various departments, providing a well-rounded understanding of hotel management.

Trainee Manager program will begin in July 2024, lasting 18 months. We will welcome candidates to start before this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through different departments such as reception, food and beverage, reservations and our luxury five-star Spa, to gain comprehensive operational insight.
  • Assist department heads in daily tasks, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance managerial and leadership abilities.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand the hotel's overall functioning and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Uphold the hotel's high standards of service excellence and contribute to maintaining a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to pursue a career in hotel management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed during the training period.
  • Prior hospitality experience or relevant degree's are a plus but not mandatory.
